FEES STRUCTURE
(W.e.f: 1st April, 2010)

HEARING FEE: -
• Rs.30, 000/-(Thirty Thousand Rupees) per hearing in Supreme Court of India.
• Rs.20, 000/- (Twenty Thousand Rupees) per hearing in Delhi High Court, Company Law Board, National Commission, State Commission and the like.
•Rs.10, 000/-(Ten Thousand Rupees) for all other Courts including District Courts, Tribunals & Fora.

APPEARANCE: -
• 50% of the above noted price. (Applicable in all cases where hearing does not take place for whatever reason beyond the control of the Firm)

CONSULTATION FEES:-
• Rs. 2500/- (Two Thousand Five Hundred Rupees only) per hour. However it may be noted that the first 15 minutes of consultation is free of cost. Consultation sought beyond 15 minutes is chargeable @2500 Rs. Per hour.

DOCUMENT PREPARATION / DRAFTING FEES:-

PRE DECIDED LUMP SUM FEE AND PACKAGES:

Civil Suits for recovery/Suits for wrongful termination/ Suits for breach of contract/ Suits for damages and compensation/Suits for mandatory injunctions/Suits for defamation/ Other miscellaneous civil suits before District Courts: Rs. 75000/- p.a. and before High Court: Rs. 1,10, 000/- p.a.
CM Main Appeals and Sec. 482 Crpc Petitions before High Court: Rs. 55000/- payable one time.
SLP’s and Transfer Petitions before Supreme Court of India: Rs. 75000/- payable one time.
Divorce by mutual consent petitions: Rs. 55000/- payable one time.*
Divorce petitions: Rs. 1,20,000/- p.a.*
Child Custody petitions: Rs. 1,00,000/- p.a.
Consumer Complaints: 15% of value of complaint or Rs. 5000/- whichever is more, payable one time. *
498A/ 406 IPC or connected Complaints: Rs.1, 00,000/- p.a.*
Trademark Registration: Rs. 75000/- payable one time.
Landlord- Tenancy Disputes: Rs.100,000/- p.a.
Will Drafting and Registration Matters: Rs.25000/- payable one time.
Marriage and Marriage Registration matters: Rs. 25000/- payable one time.
* Contingency plans may also be available. Ask for available contingency plans also.

LEGAL INSURANCE:

For Companies: Fee payable Rs. 600,000/- p.a. for legal insurance cover provided by the firm upto Rs. 25,00,000/-p.a.

For Proprietors and Partnership Firms: Fee payable Rs. 100,000/- p.a. for legal insurance cover provided by the firm upto Rs. 5,00,000/-p.a.

For individuals: Fee payable Rs. 25,000/- p.a. for legal insurance cover provided by the firm upto Rs. 2,50,000/-p.a.

COSTS: -

• All costs are separate based on actual out of pocket expenses unless otherwise mentioned in the contract which include among other costs, Stamp Fees, Court fees, Notary charges, Attestation charges, Conveyance, printing, stationery, typing costs, air tickets costs (applicable to places outside Delhi and NCR), hotel stay costs (applicable to places outside Delhi and NCR) etc.

*** The above fee is likely to undergo a change Half/ Yearly at the sole discretion of the Firm.

*** The above fees shall be payable within a period of 10 days of receipt of bill/ bills sent by the firm to the client by email/post/courier/registered A.D or otherwise.

*** Such bill/ bills shall ordinarily be sent at the beginning or end of every month (Or as mentioned in the contract) to the Client. All payments are required to be made in favor of 'The Practice'.
