FEE STRUCTURE

HEARING FEE: -

• Rs.100, 000/-(One Lakh Rupees only) per hearing in Supreme Court of India.

• Rs.50, 000/- (Fifty  Thousand Rupees only) per hearing in Delhi High Court, Company Law Board, National Commission, State Commission and the like.

•Rs.15, 000/-(Fifteen Thousand Rupees only) for all other Courts including District Courts, Tribunals & Fora.

APPEARANCE:-

• 50% of the above noted fee. (Applicable in all cases where hearing does not take place for whatever reason beyond the control of the Firm)

CONSULTATION/ HOUR’LY FEES:-

• Rs. 11,000/- (Eleven Thousand Rupees only) per hour. [For the purposes of paid consultation, free pick up and drop facility by AC Radio Cab is provided by the firm]

DRAFTING FEES:-

PRE DECIDED LUMP SUM FEE IN CASES WHERE CLIENT WISHES TO HIRE THE FIRM NOT ON

HEARING/ HOURLY/ DRAFTING FEE BASIS:

1.    Civil Suits before District Courts: Rs. 4,00,000/- (Four Lakh Rupees only)

1A   Civil Suits before High Court:: Rs. 5,00,000/- (Five Lakh Rupees only)

2.    Appeals before High Court: Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two Lakh Rupees only)

3.     SLP/Transfer Petitions/appeals before Supreme Court of India: Rs. 3,00,000/- (Three Lakh Rupees only)

 4.    Divorce by mutual consent petitions (without negotiation and mediation): Rs. 55000/-  (Fifty Five Thousand Rupees only)

5.    Divorce by mutual consent petitions (including negotiation and mediation): Rs. 5,00,000/-  (Five Lakh Rupees only)

6.    Divorce petitions(contested): Rs. 5,00,000/- (Five Lakhs Rupees only)

7.    CM(main) Appeals before High Court: 1,00,000/- (One Lakh Rupees only)

8.    Child Custody petitions: Rs. 4,00,000/-  (Four Lakh Rupees only).

9.    Criminal Complaints on behalf of accused: Rs. 5,00,000/- (Five Lakh Rupees only)

10.  Criminal Complaints on behalf of complainant: Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two Lakh Rupees only)

11.  Fee for Arya Samaj Marriage: Rs. 11,000/- (Eleven Thousand Rupees only)

12.  Marriage registration: Rs. 11,000/- (Eleven Thousand Rupees only)

13.  Registration of Trademarks: Rs 7,500/- (Seven Thousand Five Hundred Rupees only)

14.  Consumer Complaints: 30% of award plus Rs. 10,000/-  (Ten Thousand Rupees only).

COSTS: -• All costs are separate based on actual out of pocket expenses unless otherwise mentioned in the contract which include among other costs, Stamp Fees, Court fees, Notary charges, Attestation charges, Conveyance, printing, stationery, typing costs, air tickets costs (applicable to places outside Delhi and NCR), hotel stay costs (applicable to places outside Delhi and NCR) etc. *** The above fee is likely to undergo a change Half/ Yearly at the sole discretion of the Firm.*** The above fees shall be payable within a period of 10 days of receipt of bill/ bills sent by the firm to the client by email/post/courier/registered A.D or otherwise.*** Such bill/ bills shall ordinarily be sent at the beginning or end of every month (Or as mentioned in the contract) to the Client. All payments are required to be made in favor of \\\\\\\'The Practice\\\\\\\'.
